Refund Policy

Our refund policy outlines the conditions and terms for cancellations, changes, and refunds related to your bookings.

Non-refundable & Non-transferable

Reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. Some tickets, depending on fare rules, may be refunded or used (for a limited time) towards future travel; however, all applicable airline penalties and service fees will apply.

Traveler's Name

The traveler's first and last name must be entered exactly as it appears on government-issued identification (passport, driving license, etc.) during the reservation. Once entered, names cannot be changed.

Name correction due to a typo may be allowed, depending on the airline’s policy, and charges may apply accordingly.

Refund Handling

Once the airline processes the refund, the travel agency will handle the amount. We will not accept chargebacks after airline refunds. For third-party or agency bookings, you must contact the agency directly, as the refunded amount is returned to them.

Travel Document Responsibility

Customers must ensure they have proper travel documents (transit/entry visas, etc.) for the countries they are visiting or transiting through. We are not responsible for denied entries due to missing documentation. Kindly consult the respective embassies for up-to-date requirements.
